In addition to our forging capabilities, we offer complete component machining, brazing & welding and electroplating.

Kundan Electricals has been manufacturing Copper Laminated & Flexible Jumpers which are widely used in electrical applications. These Flexibles are manufactured as per customers design & are either bare or Tin / Silver Plated as per customer requirement. These parts are manufactured by the Electro-Solidification process, in which bunch of copper foils fuses under high pressure and current to form a homogenous bond. In this process, no filler metal is used to join two layers together & have a constant cross section over whole length. The current carrying capacity of solid busbar and copper laminated jumper manufactured by this process is the same. These Copper Laminated Flexible Jumpers are widely used in Electrical & Switchgear industries.

Kundan Electricals has been manufacturing a wide range of Plastic Cable glands which are widely used in various industries for smooth interconnection of cables and equipments. These Cable Glands are easy to use and provide a good strain relief & provides secure and fast connection of cables and wires. These glands are manufactured using Nylon & PP material as per customer’s requirements.

Kundan Electricals has been manufacturing LED Indicators which are widely used in electrical & switchgear industries. These indicators are available in 6 colors viz. Red, Green, Amber, Blue, Yellow and Clear respectively. These products are type tested & approved by ERDA as per EN/IEC 60947-1.

Kundan Electricals has been manufacturing variety of Copper braids. These are made from weaving together strands of copper wire. The flexibility of the braid is determined by the diameter of the copper wire. The smaller the wire the greater the flexibility and the larger the volume occupied by the braid. Our range of copper braid products includes flat flexible braid & round braids. We also manufacture braided assemblies with crimped lugs / tubes at both ends as per customer requirements. These are also supplied with plating tin / silver.

We are manufacturing these components since 1992 & we can offer these components with very complex shapes & intricate designs. We are equipped with in house tool room to produce tools to make these components. We can develop progressive tools to produce these parts. These parts are manufactured on CNC Turning Machines, Vertical Machining Centers and Turn Mills. We specialize in producing complex components as per customer designs. These parts find wide applications in GIS, RMU, electrical, transformer, etc. industries. These parts can be supplied with Silver, Tin or Nickel Plating as per requirement.

Kundan Electrical offers a wide range of copper bus bars in form of flat, bending parts & 3 dimensional bending as per customer requirements. We are equipped with bus bar bending machine to provide these components in bulk with quality to customers. These copper bus bars are used in wide range of applications in electrical & switchgear industries. These bus bars can be provided with nickel, tin or silver plating as per requirements.

Kundan Electricals has been producing a wide range of brazed assemblies in high volumes as per customer specifications. These assemblies include brazing of copper to copper & silver contacts with metal like copper, brass, copper alloy, etc. We possess Resistance Brazing Machines having rating up to 250 KVA. These brazed contacts are very strong and possess strong bonding strength. We also have spot welding machines to weld two different metals.
